Buenas noches comunidad, siguiendo la receta del ceviche peruano tradicional, pero haciendo unas variaciones en los sabores y técnicas para darle un toque muy personal, les presento este ceviche mixto.
400gr Filet de Merluza fresco
300gr Sepia cortada en aros
300gr Gambas grandes peladas
300gr tentáculos de pulpo
1 Cebolla roja grande
6 Dientes de ajo
1 pimiento picante
8 limas grandes
Jengibre al gusto
Sal, pimienta y ajinomoto al gusto!!!
En un próximo post les contaré como usar estos ingredientes para obtener un maravilloso ceviche mixto.
