No, actually they are normal potatoes + eggs + onion + some plants (céleri, cebollín, hierba buena, random stuff like that) + salt. They're very simple. Bake the potatoes, cut them in pieces, put them with the eggs and spices and place them in a cooking pan with a cover, then take them out when cooked. It's one of the simplest and cheapest meals here.
