Butter Chicken is known to everyone because of its creamy texture, smooth curry, succulent chicken pieces and perfect spices. Butter Chicken is loved in many countries apart from India and is also very famous too. So lets see the recipe today and learn how easy the dish is.
Ingredients:
Marination:
1/2 kg Chicken
1/2 Lemon
1 tbsp Oil
1 cup curd
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Cooking:
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 Cardamom
2 cloves
1 inch cinnamon
4 large Tomato puree
2 tbsp Red chilly powder
10 cashew nut paste
1tbsp garam masala
Cream
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all marination ingredients to the chicken and let it marinate over night
Next day, grill the chicken in oven 240 c for 20 mins and give it a smoky flavor if you like it.
In a pan heat butter all Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Cumins, ginger garlic paste, Tomato puree and let it simmer, Then add all powder Spices. Once you see the consistency is thicken add little water, cashew nut paste and chicken pieces let it cook for more time till chicken its completely cooked and add cream salt and off the gas.
Serve hot with garlic naan or basmati rice.
