It always gives me a thrill to watch the US Navy's Blue Angels in action! Their precision is breathtaking. In this shot, 4 of the 5 planes appear to be flying just inches from each other. It's a nail-biting experience, but one I won't miss!
They perform in the Jacksonville, Florida area every year, and they alternate the show between Jacksonville Beach and Naval Air Station Jacksonville each year.
This year on November 4-5, the NAS Jax Air Show will take place at the Naval Air Station Jacksonville.
Next year (2018) the Jacksonville Sea and Sky Air Show will take place over the ocean at Jacksonville Beach. This is the show I usually watch, as it is so close to home that I can walk to it if I want to - and on the days of practice I can watch them fly low in formation over my house!
If you are interested in finding out their complete schedule for 2017/2018, you can check it out on the AirshowStuff website.
