The Cinquantenaire is a must-see place when you visit Brussels. It was built by King Leopold II to celebrate the fiftieth Belgian independence on 1880. From far, it looks like Brandenburg Gate in Berlin but unfortunately Cinquantenaire is less popular even though it offers a beautiful park, ponds and also some museums. For me, this is one of beautiful place in Brussels.

Tips from me: Do not miss the very nice view on Brussels from the top of Triumphal Arch if you visit this place. It's worth it :-)

Photo was taken with Motorola G4 (smartphone camera).

Such a great shot it sure is an amazing view I am fairly sure when I visited there I did see this viewpoint and this photos triggers nice memories of my short visit there

Thank you @tattoodjay! Indeed, it's amazing here especially when it's spring or summer, this place becomes more beautiful with loads of flower. I took this photo this morning where there were not a lot people, feels so peaceful :-)

Yes I think I was there mid spring and the colors were delightful

I to like early morning for photos when you can get shots without people especially important in big cities

Have a great day

Yeah, you said to me that you like early morning photo, I remember you said so for a beautiful spot in the park. Thanks and have a nice day for you too!

Truly amazing!

Many thanks @edgarsart for your nice comment! :-) I really appreciate it.
