Byteball limits email adress attestation to only Harvard (....@havard.edu) and to only only people with Estonian Person identification code (@eesti.ee)
In this way only people having the above 2 email adress are the only ones in position to attest their emails

No, email attestation is available for everyone, rewards are currently only for 2 domains.
Point of attestation is not to earn rewards, but make it possible to receive Bytes to that attested address, so instead of sending somebody your long Byteball address, you could also say, send Bytes to this email or this
