    Odd, I just did it and it worked fine. When you say "sent the address" what do you mean? Did you send 0.0006 GB? If you just installed the wallet, where did you get the GB from? If you need GB, paste your wallet address here and I'll send you some GB to get started.

            I don't think so. You have to be chatting directly with the bot but from the screenshot it says "New" instead of the bot name. Maybe ask for help in their Slack channel.

                    Is the last thing the bot said to you was to put in your address? If so, maybe check with their support team in Slack or try logging out of the wallet and back in again.

                          It worked for me. You will send your wallet address to an already registered member who will transfer byteball to you and then you can proceed to pay and you will select public account after you have paid sir.
