I don't think so. You have to be chatting directly with the bot but from the screenshot it says "New" instead of the bot name. Maybe ask for help in their Slack channel.

          Is the last thing the bot said to you was to put in your address? If so, maybe check with their support team in Slack or try logging out of the wallet and back in again.

              No, Slack is a chat program. You can google "What is Slack" and get some good answers. The link to their Slack is at the bottom of their website: https://byteball.org/ which is https://slack.byteball.org/

              The chat bot is the thing you're interacting with within the wallet.
