    lolz, yeah nah mate, my surgeon said if i take it easy with my spine it will be maybe 20-25 yrs before i need a fusion, if i keep doing what i was doing pre injury (spartan, kayaking, bushwalks, etc.) i will only last about 10 years max before needing a fusion.
