La Alcaldía de Cali, realizo la sustitución de vehículos de tracción animal por camionetas, para lograr así reducir el numero de equinos que trabajan en las calles de la ciudad, y que estos se jubiles después de años de arduo trabajo. esta es la historia de la jubilación de Pepe.
