After a successful lasagna rolls ans some tomato sauce still at hand I decided to make some cabbage rolls.Using the same process as the lasagna recipe but using cabbage this time.
Its simple really.I just boil some water then put the cabbage leaves therr until they are soft.When cooled I then put the tomati sauce filling and roll it with my clean hands.
This is a good way for children who are picky eaters to have their essential nutrients and for those on a weight lose program as it is less in calories.
The COVID-19 is still claiming lived despite government best effort. I can think of thousands of things going wrong with this virus so I must say that having an opportunity to learn some culinary skills is keeping me sane. I do not know.how this pandemic will end but i trust that Gods way will prevail.I just pray that I have enough faith to fight a good fight to the end.
