There are numerous Chocolates available in the market.

What is the difference between compound chocolate and couverture chocolate

Couverture chocolate is made up of of cocoa solids and cocoa butter added with different sweeteners like cane sugar honey ect, and different flavors like Cinnamon,instant coffee granules etc.
Compound chocolate also made by cocoa solids, but there is no cocoa butter in it. Naturally cocoa contain it's natural oil called as cocoa oil or cocoa butter. While processing the cocoa, people remove the high valued cocoa butter and sell it in market, alternatively they use low cost plant based oil like palm kernel oil, coconut oil etc.

Couverture chocolate vs Bean to bar chocolate

Couverture chocolate is made by cocoa solids and cocoa butter from the market, while bean to bar chocolate makers produce chocolate from th Flipkart scratch, they process cocoa beans. They collect cocoa directly from farmers and do all the important process like fermentation, cocoa drying, roasting, cracking, winnowing,grinding,conching,tempering etc.
