【Cafe in Tokyo】The Cream of the Crop Coffee

"The Cream of the Crop coffee" is one of excellnet cafe in Kiyosumishirakawa where there are lots of cafe.
It takes 10min from Kiyosumishirakawa station on foot.They are an cafe and also roastery selling their coffee to distributor such as Barneys New York Cafe in Ginza.That is why the quality of taste is definitely good.And there are 5 types of coffee beans for hand drip coffee in there.My favarite coffee bean is from Etiopia which has a taste of fruity.

今回、紹介するのは「The Cream of the Crop coffee」さんです。
場所はカフェの激戦区の清澄白河から少し歩いたところにあり、焙煎所兼カフェになっています。
店内には大型の焙煎機があり、卸売もやっているそうです。高級ブランドであるバーニーズニューヨークにもオリジナルブレンドとして卸をしており、味は間違いありません。
ハンドドリップコーヒーは５種類の豆から選ぶことができます。実際に飲んだのは、エチオピアの豆を使ったコーヒーでした。紅茶のようにフルーティな味でとても美味しかったです！



They have two roasters in the cafe and one of them is so huge.you would enjoy drinking and the atmosphere.The price is just about 500JPY for a cup of coffee.It is not expensive.Finally in my opinion,I prefer this cafe rather than Blue Bottles Coffee which is one of the famous cafe in Kiyosumishirakawa.
店内は焙煎所がメインということもあり、少し雑多でしたが、店内も楽しむことができますよ。価格も１杯500円程度ですので、気軽に飲めますね。個人的には清澄白河で有名なブルーボトルさんよりオススメです。
