Hiya! My name is Victoria! In this photo series, I will be going to cafes to try and taste test different varieties of food and drinks on their menu. I'm an avid coffee drinker and a café-goer so it's really fun for me to do this series.
In this post, I'm going to be featuring Gabriel's Resto and Café. This café is well-known amongst teenagers since their ambience exudes somehow a hip and modern vibe. Their food also features trendy items that will surely be a hit for the younger audience. I ordered a Strawberry Shake with a side of Nutella Cheesecake (the iced tea came with the cheesecake). The strawberry shake was just like any other strawberry shakes, however, I liked how it was not as sweet as the other strawberry shakes that I've tried. Also, I like how it didn't taste like artificial strawberry taste but rather you get that natural tanginess and sweetness from the strawberries. For the Nutella Cheesecake, I learned that Nutella doesn't really go well with cheesecake (I might be triggering some people) but somehow it was nice but the chocolate overpowered the cheesecake by a bit, the nuts were amazing since it gave the cheesecake a different texture which I liked. Overall, eating at Gabriel's Resto and Café was a wonderful experience and that you should try to come and see it for yourselves too.
