Recently bought these, it's whats used in a lot of energy drinks. According to the label one pill has approx. 200mg of caffeine, "which is 1 to 2 times the amount in 1 cup of coffee". I took 2 pills today and feel really energetic. Pretty handy to have when you don't want brew coffee or buy a drink. $10 on Amazon for 100 tablets
Anyways guarana naturally grows in the Amazon basin and parts of Brazil and looks pretty cool:
