Maize potato donuts
Material :
- 250gr cakra flour
- cornstarch 50 gr
- medium 2bj potatoes (steam and puree)
- 100 ml cold water
- 6gr instant yeast
- 1 egg yolk
30 gr. Butter
50 grams of sugar - pinch of salt
How to make
- Mix all ingredients except water and butter
- Then add cold water a little at a time until it is slightly dull, then add butter, knead until it is smooth & elastic (the dough is a bit soft)
- Then let stand until fluffy about 30 minutes, then deflate the dough
- Then weigh or shape as needed, and let stand for 1 hour
- Fry on medium heat
