Who does not know keukarah, Traditional cake from Tanah Rencong this much
hunted when approaching Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. Made from rice flour
and sugar, the way of making was somewhat unique ie the dough of rice flour thickened
put into a coconut shell that has been chopped then tapped so that
the dough flows into hot oil and then folded to resemble a bird's nest.
