Y como muchos lo saben es tradición preparar cuajado o paste los días santos, muchos los preparan de morrocoy , cazón, sardina, atún, baba en fin todo a su preferencia. Lo que si es cierto es que son días donde regularmente se reúnen la familia para ir de paseo y preparar este tipo de plato. Nosotros tuvimos la oportunidad de preparar un rico pastel de morrocoy lo único que no me agrada de todo este proceso es cuando matan a estos animalitos , que durante años se crían y los ves crecer poco a poco .
Se ve muy rico. Aquí en mi pais hacemos sopa paraguaya y chipa guasu, tambien hacemos Chipa. Todos comidas que comemos durante la semana santa. Saludos
