How to calculate your DeepPoints?
Dec 1st - Many people start threads about calculating the deeppoints. They want to know what their amount of deeppoints is worth. In this article i'm going to share my little secret with you.
Unreliable
To start this thread the good way, calculating your deeppoints is pretty unreliable. This is because we're calculating based on the numbers of the previous airdrop. That's the only way to calculate the wagered amount of deeppoints you're getting. However i'm always trying to just be patient, i'm curious about my rewards too. That's why i'm sharing this article with you. I will explain to you, step by step, how i calculate my deeppoints.
The facts
To start with the calculation you have to know some basic facts. These facts can be found by the search bar. You can type "Deeppoints resetted & airdrop completed" and you'll find after a little search a thread made by deeper, with the last total amount deeppoints gained by the community. Let me tell you again, the exact amount of deeppoints can't be calculated. It totally depends on the total amount of deeppoints gained by the community. If the community made more deeppoints, the rewards will be lower. Another good fact to know is that the total reward of the deeppoints is 25000 onions. This means that this is the weekly total amount which is going to be spread among the participators.
The calculations
I've seen in the last deeppoint thread of our moderator that the total amount of deeppoints gained previous week is 17.215969000. Let's make it easy and make it 17.21. This is the base we need to know. What we also need to know is that we have to dividing the 25000 onions by this number.
25.000 / 17.21 = 1.452.64381173 onions. This means each full 1.0 deeppoint will be worth 1.452.64381173 onions. This is all we have to know about the previous deeppoint airdrop.
Predictions
Now the next thing to do is to look up how many deeppoints you have. I'm going to guess a deeppoint number. Let's take 0.0358 deeppoints. This is my guessed amount of deeppoints. The next thing i have to do is to calculate the (guessed) total amount of onions i will gained. This is how i calculate it.
I take the 1.452.64381173 (this is 1 DP) and i multiply it by my total amount of deeppoints. so: 1.452.64381173 x 0.0358 = 52.00464846 Onions. This will be the guessed amount of deeppoints given by the airdrop next week.
Keep in mind
Keep in mind that the total amount will be different than this amount you've calculated right now. This is because of the growing community, which results in a growing amount of participants. This results in in a bigger amount of total deeppoints and this results in a lower amount of onions. I hope i've helped you a little by explaining the way i calculate.
