This is the first video of my new series - calisthenic basics - where i show you how to perform the basic movements of calistenics.
How to pull-up:
Start with gripping the bar a bit wider as shoulderwidth and hanging passively (your shoulders are near to your ears). Pull the shoulder blades down into your back and start bending your elbows and bring your chest up. While bending the elbows, aim for them to be in front of you, not on your sides. Pull yourself as high as possible, in best case, bring the bar right on your chest. You may hold it at the top position a sec and then let your body CONTROLLED sink till you are in the beginning position. Repeat.
