Start by meditating as a way to see the positives in your day.
Part of the reason people get stressed all day long is because they see the majority of occurrences in their lives as only being stressful for them, when more often than not there is a positive that’s comes with it which they’ve simply chosen not to look at.
Start by meditating once a day, simply to look at your day, see all those things that stressed you out and find the potential positives in them, and if you can’t find one, make one up - it’s still a positive.
It’s simply choosing to see the brighter side of life over the darker side.
It shouldn’t surprise you that seeing the brighter side is also the happier side.
