Today I went to a land that has a friend in a high mountain area near where I live, I was surprised to see that he and his children made a trapiche of pure wood as you can see in the images, the system of gears that moves the masses were made of a very resistant wood, since there the greatest force is exerted; The trapiche is a mechanism used to grind the sugarcane and extract the guarapo either to take it or for the production of brown sugar.
