I take Tumeric & black pepper tablets 2x 1,400mg a day. I'm 35 and get pains in my thumb from a combination of using the PC 8 hours a day, doing martial arts as well as riding a motorbike. Taking this stops the pain totally. The best price I found in the UK was from a company called Oxford vitality, they trade on ebay and amazon.
