My mother in law was diagnosed with lung cancer (Stage IV) almost 5 years ago.
She did not go down the chemo or radiation path, instead she changed her lifestyle. 5 years later and she is losing the battle but she almost beat it (and then she became complacent with her diet). A friend of mine died from lung cancer within 3 months of being diagnosed as stage IV. So I have seen how lung cancer can kill quickly but lifestyle can provide longevity despite a Stage IV diagnosis.
I encourage you to keep up the good work.
