I haven't tried curcuma for treatment purposes yet, but lately I've been using CBD oil and I must admit that I'm feeling better now. I suffer depression and anxiety and it seems it's working on some kind of level. Anyway I will definitely give this recipe a shot - why not :) Thanks for the article!
