Isn't this the most beautiful image you have ever seen? I love the pastel colorations on these wonderful colored candied apples. I think that this is the one sweet that I unfortunately do not get enjoy very often but when I do it is such an occasion. They used to sell these in a market near my home so as a child I would go every two weeks with my uncle and we would buy lots of them and bring them home to the family. It is an amazing memory I have of those wonderful red candy flakes and how it would slowly melt as you began to eat it more. The apple inside is good but it is best when you get a big bite of the candy and the apple.
