There is something so perfect about a candied fruit and how we have learned to combine all the creative and scientific advancements in candy and sweet making, with the ultimate in natural desserts which are of course Fruits! The most classic and famous of these is of course the Candy Apple which is such an incredible thing. The color and sheen make it just look incredibly inviting and delicious and the flavor itself is not a disappointment!!! While I have never done it, I think it would be great to make candy apples, candy pears, and maybe even candied oranges when they're peeled of course.
