I wanted to give everyone an overview of growing on a large scale. First of all you need a "mom" room. Moms are cannabis plants that are perpetually kept in a vegetative state so that cuttings or clones can be taken at any given time. 
After cuttings are taken they must spend some time acclimating to their environment. The domes they're in help maintain a healthy level of humidity for a cutting to root promptly and vigorously.
Once the cuttings are properly rooted and acclimated to your veg room, it's time to transplant! The cuttings are then removed from the dome and transplanted into a bigger pot (we use half gallon pots to start). This is their first step into the transition to bloom. Next stop is a five gallon pot. From there it is on to bloom.
