Blue spectrum is much better for veg as it promotes green growth, but it'll work for flowering nonetheless. It'll limit the potency and yield though.

It's way too little wattage.. I have trouble growing clones or small plants to a certain point under a 50w full spectrum led :)

Yes usually a led uses half the amount of power its giving to the plants in light watts..
so yeh it should be a 40w to get them to that size, but They wont get much more developed, I had seeds and clones under a 50w led, and then got 108 w led that some guy made. I remember reading that 100w led can "just about" grow a small plant, i must sleep now!

Remember Cal/mag is an indoor growers best friend. And i Usually throw the plants in with at least 4 -5 nodes and 3-6 tops. You just got to remember about the stretch when flower starts. Some stretch more then others.
