Cannabis Oatmeal Cookie Edibles

Hola Steemit friends! Today I am going to share with you a recipe I tried using Cannabutter. I love cooking with Cannabutter, it's like you'll never know what adventure awaits you in the end, are you going to be super stoned for hours or are you going to have to double on dosage? Who knows! It's an adventure!!! lol Don't they look scrumptious?

Here are the ingredients you will be needing:

1 cup marijuana butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 cups quick cooking oats

STEP 1: Combine white sugar, brown sugar and cannabutter in a bowl.

STEP 2: Beat eggs one at a time and then stir in vanilla extract and set aside.

STEP 3: In a different bowl, combine together All Purpose Flour, baking soda, salt and cinammon.

STEP 4: Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.

STEP 5: Mix in oats and cover.

STEP 6: Place dough mix in fridge and chill for about an hour.

STEP 7: Once chilled, preheat oven to 375

STEP 8: While oven is preheating, roll dough into small balls, I used a cookie scooper to have a uniform size. Place them on a cookie sheet.

STEP 9: Press each cookie ball down with a fork and sprinkle some white sugar on top.

STEP 10: Pop em bad boys into the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. I did mine at 10.

STEP 11: Let the cookies cool on baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
