The cannabis industry has made some amazing strides since medicinal marijuana was first legalized in California back in 1996.
First we saw amazing strains being bred since there was lots of leniency on the West Coast when it came to growing and people had the ability to experiment with crossing some of their favorite strains.
A few years later wax was introduced and dabbing became popular in California and all across the United States. This process was refined over and over and different solvents were used for better end results.
The legalization of recreational marijuana in Colorado allowed for even further experimentation and inventions of new marijuana products. From topical lotions to weed sodas, marijuana based products grew extensively.
I thought I had seen everything until my last trip in Colorado when I came across this. A marijuana inhaler.
The taste is actually really great and the effects hit you about as quick as a dab of wax would. Although it was quite pricey, I would say that trying out the “AeroInhaler” was quite worth it! This is definitely a great product for getting high with discretion!

I didn't like the inhalers much they seemed harsh. I picked up some CBD inhalers a couple months ago and they were super rough on the lungs. They advertise that it was the only administration method that could guarantee a certain amount of CBD metabolized with every puff, which is cool though.

I would say about 25 percent the potency of a dab and it was 65 bucks. :/

I have yet to see the inhalers in Oregon. I really hope to see them soon. I heard rumors that one or two stores had some but that they sold out very quickly.
I’m a religious Jew. One of the things that means is that between Friday night and Saturday night, I can’t kindle a flame. Many Rabbis don’t outright reject medical cannabis, but they will say things like “just use edibles” having never used cannabis. Some of us have things to do and can’t “just eat edibles” given how unpredictable edibles can be.
So far the best solution I’ve found has been the transdermal route, which to me feels much more like smoking than edibles do. But I suspect that something that actually gets it into your lungs has to be better.

Vaporizers are also problematic because cooking is also a prohibited activity, and a vaporizer is basically a mini oven.
Exceptions are usually made around things like cooking and electricity use in cases where something is required for medical use, but it’s a very conservative community, where it’s not universally accepted as being medically useful by any stretch.
So those of us that choose to use it over being slaves to Big Pharma mostly have to do it without Rabbinical support at this point, and in the dark.
I do have some ideas for a vape that would be be usable on those days, and would also be useful for people with limited mobility.
It would be something pre loaded that runs on timers, and puts it into some kind of holding tank. Vapor can maintain its potency in a Volcano bag for 5-6 hours. So assuming it’s set to give a dose every hour, if you missed an hour, you would just get a double dose the next hour.
But I don’t have the seed money or expertise in electrical engineering to do it myself.
