Scoring hash in Marrakech and getting high!

Hmmm... you know me, but if you don't, then you need to know that I like quality stuff, so when I'm around I pass on a lot of merch until I score sth.

On my 1st day I had a dealer who tried to sell me some shit on Jamaa el Fna, but it was too public place to have good stuff, so I smelled it and said Ciao :)

He was also too eager to settle on a low price (around 1 EUR for a gram)... and you know when the deal is too good to be true.

Today we were walking around Marrakech again after seeing the breathtaking Ouzoud waterfalls in the Berber zone east of the country yesterday and I got a terrible neck pain, so I said the smoke will find me very soon and I was right :)

I heard universally understood word "GANJA" when walking around old Jewish district after we finished perusing Palais de Bahia (absolutely stunning place!) nearby.

It was yelled by an old Berber - it's them, who really cultivate cannabis in Morocco being less religious, more pagan, and more freedom-oriented - who repeated it when I came back and asked him what he said. He had confidence in his voice, so I went for it.

He started with a Berber tea (slightly spicier variation of a classic mint brew) inviting me to seat down, but jumped right into the game trying to sell me everything in his shop...



And he had these mad crystal meth looking menthol crystals, which he added a tiny pinch of into my tea and it kicked my BRAIN :D

Well, he wanted to sell me 36 EUR worth of stuff initially, but I got out of it just grabbing the crystals for 10.

The other bloke settled on 200 for 5 gs of hash, which he brought from his stash place after a few minutes, which is around 4 EUR for a gram, but he haggled hard, and once I saw it and smelled it I was a victim of my own excitement :D

So here we go with a classic chocolate hash from Rief Mountains. A+ quality stuff... the classic one sold in slabs.

I broke it, and it's not gooey, but it's still quite soft with fair brown colour in the middle... you can actually see the trichs with a naked eye.. and I got these 5 gs to see the structure better. Veey nice!

I rolled a tightly packed spliff - very old school stuff - and smoked about half of it when I got hit with a hammer whili sipping on a beer :)

I didn't remember Moroccan chocolate this strong... it seemeed like it was made of LA Confidential, Critical Kush or Northern Lights.

Very stony too with a lot of THC, easily around 25%.

Initially almost speedy in the head, but heavy on the body, and very relaxing later on with sleepy feeling coming later on.

You could actually expect they've already started mixing their stock with Dutch and Spanish cultivars cutting the traditional hempy kief varieties down, but it's hard to say for sure.

I'm not gonna take it all back home unfortunately, but it was a nice score... you need to be careful though so you don't play in your own version of "Midnight Express".
