The family of a UK man who has been diagnosed with terminal cancer believes that cannabis might be the only hope now to save him.
After surgery and radiotherapy the doctors have now told him that there isn't anything else that they can do to help.
He's been trying CBD oil...

There have been instances where people have seen sudden recovery from what they believed were incurable circumstances after using cannabis. For Gannon it certainly couldn't hurt seeing as he has no other options left to him.
Even if the cannabis cannot turn things around completely, Gannon still might be able to reap some remedy from the cannabis use. It could increase his comfort and quality of life during the time that he does have left. It's inhumane for any doctor to prefer that their patient suffer, rather than allow them to experiment with a natural substance that could drastically improve and extend their lives.
Medicinal use of cannabis in the UK has recently been permitted but it can still be very difficult to obtain a cannabis prescription from a doctor. CBD oil is also legal and accessible without a prescription as long as the oil doesn't contain more than 0.2 percent THC; cannabis oil still remains illegal.

Even if it wouldn't help at all, it is utterly ridiculous that they refuse a dying man to smoke (or consume in any other way) a harmless plant, that grows in everybody's garden. This system is so fucked-up...

It's so bizarre that CBD oil without THC is legal, as it should be. What is bizarre is that THC along side CBD works so much better! Damn the powers at be.

Unbelievable.
They would allow him to buy a toaster to throw into the bath and end it all but won’t allow him cbd oil to improve the quality of life in his finite remaining days.
I think big pharma is still pulling the strings on the legal side to slow adoption of the competitive product just like oil companies throw up barriers to alternative energy adoption.
Keep fighting!
