2cup Confectioner Sugar
2tbsp Soft Butter
2tsp Peppermint Flavor
2 Tbsp Cream/Milk/ water
Mix unti soft dough/ roll in cylinder/ wrap in parchment/ plastic wrap/ hild in fridge for minimum 30 minutes / cut patties/ either dip or mold to make chocolates
