My indoor cannabis garden is thriving after soil upgrades!

The soil upgrade I posted about here is really paying off. There was no down-time after transplanting, and growth has clearly increased in the past couple days.

The diatomaceous earth, while slightly hard to find, is worth every dollar. It instantly removed all trace of the unidentified mites which had moved in to my garden at the start of this crop. They never appeared to do any direct harm, but it's unlikely they were doing any good, and they've been neutralized safely and quickly! I definitely recommend diatomaceous earth (basically, tiny shards of sharp sand particles that destroy insects and other bugs). It doesn't change the nutritional composition of your soil. Not too expensive.

And the plants are clearly loving the natural array of nutrients provided by the worm castings. I'm definitely going to pursue worm castings further in my cultivation methods.

They're 2.5 months old and about ready for the flip to flowering mode. I don't plan to stretch them out. Once the Steem OG plants' sexes are known I'll make decisions about what to keep, etc.

I love having a healthy garden and can't wait to see their flowers!
