Yes most commercial joints are not made with pure flower. If your in wa come check us out we only use flower and also add keif to our power up joints!

I only know this was actual sugar trim/popcorn buds because the owner himself passed this to me, but yeah. Most pre-rolls in CA are made from straight up shake except for a small number of spots. Keif joints are always a treat!
