    Sounds nice on paper but how will that work?
    Will weed be allowed to pass through places that haven't legalized it yet? Assuming it is transported by road or there's some vehicle issue and the transporter has to dock at a city?

          It's just a framework... Yes... Totally agree but does open the door. Oregon always had plans to supercede north Cali... And my what are we to do with our surplus.... And that tax money...
