When you you take a nap or go to sleep, your body starts to get into a deeper sleep. While sleeping, your body is rebuilding your hurt muscles and And recharging with energy. Your body is an amazing thing.
Most people reach level 4 which is like getting 85% of battery charge after leaving it on the charger all night. No one likes that, BUT smoking cannibus BEFORE bed lets your reach level 5.
