Mexico Legalizes Cannabis & Why Cannabis Can Single Handedly Save The World

First Canada and now Mexico. This will put pressure on the U.S. for sure. I still don't believe a U.S. President will ever legalize it....no matter the party and will need a Supreme Court ruling in order to legalize it. Still, this has to help those states looking to add it to their state ballots.

I'm not an american so I don't know how it works, but is it possible that every single state can have marijuana fully legal, yet it still be federally illegal?

You are absolutely right. We already have many states with medical or recreational marijuana but federal prohibition. It looks very possible that nearly all states will legalize. For most of us that means we are fine using within our state but flying (on a plane) with pot is problematic. On the business side, dispensaries and other marijuana businesses have great trouble with financial services which are federally controlled. The answer to that of course is cryptocurrencies!

I honestly don't know and have been asking myself that same question. Considering half the country has voted for medical and a half dozen has voted for recreational, I think we're going to find out soon.
