Dr Peel Good

Dr Peel Good is a cross of Doc's OG and Florida Orange. I was confused about the name until I looked up what the cross was. This strain wasn't quite what I was expecting. Doc's OG is one of my least favorite OG's I've ever tried, and Florida Orange is one of the most orangey strains I've ever had. The two combined balanced each other out pretty well. I would take this over either of it's parents.

The Look

It looks real nice, bright vibrant greens with orange hairs. Real big and abundant crystals. These are beautiful flowers.

The Smell

The smell was on the sweet/citrus side, presenting the traits of it's Florida Orange parent more so than the Doc's OG. The smell was a bit deceiving with the taste.

The Taste

This one tasted quite good, like a well balanced OG. The strong orange taste of the Florida Orange translated to a nice smooth citrus taste in this strain. A good amount of earth and pine come through from the Doc's OG as well, probably a bit more then the citrus. More than you smell for sure.

The Effect

This one was on the lighter side, more on the sativa side. Still balanced but more cerebral than body. I enjoyed it, but it left something to be desired for an Indica lover.
