Alcohol isn't working. Soaking in alcohol long term isn't working. Scrubbing with alcohol and qtips or harder things isn't working.

    Got any acetone around? The stuff is nasty - dissolves stuff you don't want it to - but I'd try it on that. Nail polish remover.

      I agree with graytail, Acetone should do the trick. make sure to wash the banger after to remove any residue.
