Good Morning Sunshines, A Garden Tour With Becca

Look at this sunshine! Every single day Cannabis helps to light my way. Darling right before my eyes it don’t come as no surprise that it’s easy, easy loving you.

Even though I have borrowed and changed the lyrics a wee bit from Nazareth’s Sunshine, it is the song that I most often sing to my girls.

This was added to YouTube by lari35 on July 11th 2010.

It was a hit for the group Nazareth who are from Scotland. They formed a hard rock band in 1968.

(@francik, I dredged this one up for you, but each and everyone of you can thank me later, because it’s one of those love songs that just stick in your head for the whole day.)

I’ve changed the footprint of my grow room.

As my skills improved from one garden to the next, I simply needed more space and more equipment. I’m currently running 2 light emitting ceramic lights. They use 315 watts each but cover more square footage than a single 600 watt high pressure sodium light.

I’m now growing in a rectangular configuration which is approximately 5 feet by 10 feet and will hold 18 plants at full capacity.

I’m currently growing 6 strains and I’m 6 days into the flowering stage, at this point.

All of these girls were clones. You can see their stalk girth and I have some of my taller strains, heavily staked to help give them stability as they become top heavy with their buds.

Nice healthy stalks, along with some stakes to help the plants hold the weight of their flowers as this crop continues to mature.

The carbon filter and exhaust fan is working to control the sweet but skunky aroma, which will only continue to heighten with each week in flower.

I welcome your comments and I invite you to follow me on my journey...just wait for the garden party. Lol!

Oh this is just lovely!! I await the day we can 'grow in the open' here in Florida! In the meantime, I intend to learn all I can from your immense store of knowledge and your enthusiasm for your craft. My apologies if it is not considered a craft ( much like distilling or brewing spirits and beer) In any case, I highly admire your skillzzzz!!!

Absolutely you can refer to it as a craft @tamaralovelace! In fact, I often call my small crop batches “craft cannabis “ because I’m growing less than 50 plants at a time, which means that I can love every single one of them. (It’s the TLC that really makes them potent.) Thanks for the huge compliment and as soon as you are ready in Florida, you let me know and I’ll help. ;)
I hope things are going ok for both you and Rodney.

Sweet! I love the term 'craft'. It speaks of skill, workmanship, dedication, knowledge and love. Just like your plants get from you. I will certainly be asking for your input as soon as we get a go down here. Florida is always years behind the rest of the contintent lol.

Rodney is doing great!! He is just back to work these past two weeks. It's been a little rough on him but I guess that's to be expected since he was down for so long. Everything is fully healed except for the elbows. We don't know if they will ever return to full function and that, of course, impedes his drum playing.

That fact alone is pretty hard on him but he's taken it well and is so glad to be back at work, even though it tires him out so badly. I feel that life is slowly regaining some semblance of normal since he's gone back to work. I've been back for awhile now and been kicking my butt too as I didn't look for another job while I was out on family medical leave lmao. What was I thinking??? LOL

I sure have missed talking with you, but now that things are moving forward, I will have more time to devote to socializing.

Read up on MSM and get some, it speeds healing and a lot of other things. MethylSulfonylMethane. :) I take 3-5 grams twice a day right now and I can definitely tell when I've missed a dose. Makes you VERY hungry when you have a lot of healing going on. A deep down body hunger. Amazing. :)

Thanks so much for the lead. I will definitely check it out. He doesn't eat like he used to before the accident so that may help as well!

My pleasure :D

You've been busy. :) Congratulations!
I published my book in print format, my copy is expected to ship on Monday. :D

Congratulations on the release of your book @thecleangame!
That is so exciting!!!
Is it about growing cannabis?
(Sorry about taking a few days to respond...your comment got buried in my replies.)

Thank you, yes it is. :)

Secrets to Growing Trichome Dense Cannabis details the variables which control quality in cannabis. The information is universal, while my personal examples are indoor hydro.

Thank you.
Well done. I really liked. it.
Oh, for now. For this hour. My internet is back on.
I have an appointment with the service person at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
Can they solve the problem? We will find out.
I also love your little garden. I could wish I was a little closer to you.
How nice that would be. Oh, happy day. Ha
You grow the nicest looking gardens that I know of.
One day gardens such as yours will be growing all around the world.
Now that would be "happy day for sure." lol

Francis

It sure will be a happy day. ;)

Fine work, my friend and the result is really astounding, the Cannabis looks healthy and prosperous, well done! Thank you Rebecca

Thanks @seragan! It is shocking to me too...considering that this mammoth hedge has grown from small fragile cuttings. ;)

Your crop has such a healthy and natural color, I wonder how you can do it. It is immediately evident that a man who has put his whole soul into this plant is courted by him. Thanks for the information @rebeccaryan

I'm not sure what that makes me @magnata, being that I am female...but I can tell you that just like any other farming initiative, my plants have me tightly wrapped around their stems and you can not leave them unsupervised for very long because they get a little cranky. LOL!

what tree is a friend, like her I've seen her

Yes, at this stage they are like shrubs. I’ve got them stunted. If they were outside, many would be 6+ feet tall. More tree like. :)

I enjoy the garden very well. Keep the balance of the environment through the garden.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to have a look. :)

Well, I loved the care you show for the plants. They are growing to their best receiving light, nutrients, love and care.
I'm sending the positive vibes for your cannabis :)

Thank you very much for all your positive thoughts @pranithreddy!

Rebecca, could you email me? I have a few questions for you! [email protected]

Beautiful garden. That's a thick stalk I see!

Thank you so much @jeffjagoe! I've been working on my super cropping skills. Also, trying to lollipop and keep the hedge lower than higher. Some strains are just naturally taller as you can see. ;)

Can’t wait till I can find myself with a room full of this great plant! Excellent work for excellent results!

Have a blast with all that! Can’t wait to see the finished buds.

good work my friend and Your crop has such a healthy

greetings yo u

Yeah the carbon scrubber... I don't need one so far, but I have to start thinking about it anyway, cause flowering is around the corner :)

You will need something in short order @conradino! Even 3-4 plants produce a very powerful aroma which increases as the buds grow and mature. It becomes next to impossible to mask.

Hello, I am a new follower, you have very interesting topics and recommendations in your blog, greetings from Venezuela

Welcome @jennimorillo!

Looks good! What type of lights--ceramic metal halide?

Yes! 2 of them now because they are so great. They produce the juiciest, stickiest buds ever.
