Due to the exchange, the price I'm paying per gram is substantially less than the British pound and the Euro. (1 British pound = $1.77 Canadian dollars. 1 Euro = $1.49 Canadian dollars)
Normal pricing is on average $10 gram and $25 per 3.5 grams.
It is common to be able to buy a gram of co2 derived shatter for $70 a gram.
You can still buy shake and trim for $2.5 a gram and I bought 30 grams of an organically grown strain called seaweed for $100 about 6 months ago. (That was a great deal.)
The most that I have ever paid for a top shelf strain is $15 per gram. (This was for an Israeli land-race strain.) The best value (that wasn't shake or leaf) was $4 per gram and had 18% THC.
If you can grow yourself, you can produce for about $2 a gram with all your costs factored in.
Everyone on the planet should be allowed to grow this plant medicine without persecution. It is absolutely ridiculous that it is still illegal in most places.
