LOL. Its legal here in Oregon, so no worries there. It was originally because of lack of space on our 1/3 acre and wanting to make use of an otherwise unused 20' trailer. It ended up being a huge benefit in the cold frame by providing a cold sink so that the roots are surrounded by warmer air. Thanks for the comment!;-)
