Great article man, I moved to Vietnam 2 years ago and having heard all the horror stories of hefty sentences anf firing squads I was prepared to give up the habit that I love. when i arrived here the reality is much different, Yes it is illegal but people smoke quite freely here both foreigners and locals, the police for the most part let this happen to some extent certainly weed is not there top priority, I think it's a case of common sense over coming ignorant lawmakers and outdated ideas.
