These yellow mushrooms are mushrooms that are always a joy to pick, they have a beautiful yellow color and they are also very good tasty edible mushrooms. Their name is Cantharellus cibarius It is very easy to prepare them, pick them up, clean them and lightly rinse them under cold water, then put them in a frying pan with butter, add garlic and salt and pepper, fry them until the liquid is gone and they are ready to eat.

they can even be found on some isolated occasions even at the end of November, which happens when the beginnings of winter are warm and the cold does not freeze the dense forest base quickly.
