Capdax takes a giant stride forward by adding three key advisors to the advisory board.

We are thrilled to announce our newest additions to the Capdax Advisory Board: Jonathan Ha, the founder and CEO of Red Pulse, Ku Kay Mok, an investment partner with Gobi Partners and a board member of the Singapore Venture Capital Association (SVCA), and Jeffrey Premer, managing director of ICO Capital Management PTE Ltd of Singapore.

Help us give a warm welcome to our new key additions to the Capdax counsel.

Jonathan Ha is the founder and CEO of Red Pulse, a China market intelligence platform combining traditional research techniques with advanced technology to solve a problem facing all of us today: Information overload. Mr. Ha has a prior background in management consulting, having advised major financial institutions on operations and corporate strategy. Jonathan studied computer engineering and economics at the University of Pennsylvania, and subsequently received an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. Mr. Ha is a CFA charterholder.

Ku Kay Mok joined Gobi in 2010 and has invested in over 30 companies, including Aptoide, DeClout, Eko, Hermo, Offpeak, Orami, and Qraved. He is a board member of the Singapore Venture Capital Association (SVCA). Prior to his career with Gobi Partners, Mok held the Vice President position in both Xinya Media and MediaCorp (Singapore). He was also part of the team that managed a $500 million fund at the Media Development Authority in Singapore, and is co-founder of Private Express, which was based in the Silicon Valley. He started his career with the Infocomm Development Authority, and has a Computer Science degree from UC-Berkeley, and an MBA from San Jose State University.

Jeffrey Premer is Managing Director of ICO Capital Management PTE Ltd of Singapore, a next generation cryptocurrency mining and blockchain infrastructure company. He is also Chief Strategy Officer and advisor to the CEO for UK based Isotropic Systems, Ltd., a technology company that is developing the world’s first commercial application of transformation optics for millimeter wave RF antennas.

Prior to these roles Jeffrey was a founding director of Baryon Energy PTE Ltd. a renewable energy developer focused on very early stage project development. Prior to that he founded Meson Partners Ltd., a telecom tower services provider in Myanmar, of which he is still a director. Prior to that Mr. Premer was a founding director of Sky Fiber Incorporated, the first large scale satellite capacity customer of O3B Networks, Ltd. (now a division of SES Networks). In addition, Jeffrey has advised many companies, venture funds and family offices in Asia since 1992.
