South Africa: Cape Town - Signal hill tandem paraglide (Journal of story teller/ traveller)

Hi All,

I have been living in Cape Town all my life. I have never attempted to or even thought of doing a tandem paraglide. In 2015 I received a voucher as a birthday gift. Well, I only discovered the gift in an email around December 2015. My friends ask me about the gift and how I experience its. There I was standing with a confused face. Only to realized the voucher was attached to the email. Almost missed an opportunity of a lifetime.

The morning of the flight, I just could not sleep or eat anything I was way too nervous and did not know what to expect. I decided to go anyway and experience it for myself. One of my best friends join me, and so we went up up and away. Everything happened so fast, and soon I was airborne. I love flying and travel, and this is something I would attempt in a foreign country.

Yes, now and then I am a traveler in my own country.
