Getting rid of money is a silly idea.

Anyone who thinks you can have a modern world without medium of exchange and without profit incentives is literally economically clueless.

Communism fallaciously rests on the idea that the world could be prosperous if we just get rid of profit incentives. Just the opposite is true. The natural state of humanity is poverty, and profit incentives and medium of exchange help us voluntarily work together to escape that poverty.

There has never been a large scale efficient and prosperous society without profit motives and there never will be.
If you remove medium of exchange, abject poverty would quickly replace it.

If you think ”getting rid of money” is the solution, you are far more dangerous than you are helpful.
