Great points, Danilo. I have found that the biggest obstacle to access such goods/services is the govt/state and their burdensome over regulations, permits, licenses, fees, taxes, and, of course, cronyism. They also have a monopoly on many services making it very difficult to compete and in turn have likely helped in the entitlement mentality of those who believe capitalism is the root of all evil and why they can't have nice things. :P

@lisa3vol Indeed! Well said! The Economics of the entire thing is all perverted and distorted. Any institution claiming a monopoly on initiated aggression cannot be deemed as being a net positive to society. It is a predatory parasite and nothing more.
